For nearly two years (since Oct of '22) the inventor has been battle-testing the generation 3 version (AKA the Mark III) of SK8PL8S, and it has held up pretty well. Some of the seams that divide the pad pockets had to be resewn (this prototype was made before the owner learned better sewing techniques), but in all we're very satisified with the resiliance of the mesh materials, etc.
