USE:
Wear Under clothing.
CLEANING (with washer bag):
1) Set washing machine to Delicate (cold).
2) Make sure that no hook fasteners are exposed.
3) Place pads inside of washer bag and zip closed.
4) Add appropriste amount of detergent and start washing machine.
CLEANING (w/o washer bag):
1) Do Not machine wash without washer bag.
2) Spray with a ⅓ white vinegar, ⅔ water mixture, let sit for 5 minutes, and rinse. OR
3) Soak in soapy water for 30 minutes, and rinse. OR
4) Scrub with soap and a loofah, let sit for a few minutes, and rinse.
*Combinations of 2 & 3 or 2 & 4 will probably work best.
DRYING:
1) Do Not machine dry.
2) Hang on a clothesline outside. OR
3) Hang in a well-ventilated area inside.
